Prepare an Android TV device
TiviMate is designed for Android TV. An Android phone and an Android TV device are different setups; do not assume the same experience on each. For a Fire TV device, check the official installation route for the model.
Start at tivimate.com and follow its official download links. Keep your remote nearby and make sure the device has storage available. Installing a player does not supply a subscription.
Add the confirmed access
- Open TiviMate and choose the option to add a playlist. Labels may vary by app version.
- Choose the sign-in method that matches the access details confirmed for your order. A visible menu option does not mean every format is included with your plan.
- Enter the details without extra spaces. Save the selection and let the list finish loading.
- Open an item. If information is missing, note the exact message and tell us the player name and device model.
Keep player purchases separate
A TiviMate license, when needed, is a separate purchase. The iptvkaufenhub annual offer includes one year of IBO Player Pro; it does not include a TiviMate license.
Before sending a screenshot for help, remove passwords and complete access links. Your device model, app name and error message are the useful starting details.
