Identify the app on your device
Open smarterspro.com and use the download offered for your device. When installing from a store, check the app name and publisher shown by the official source.
The setup route varies between Android devices, Apple devices and TVs. A TV brand alone does not establish that a particular Smarters version is available; confirm the model and app together.
Enter the details for your order
- Open the app and select the option to add a user or playlist.
- Use only the sign-in method confirmed for your subscription. The player may offer other methods that your access does not use.
- Type or paste the received details carefully. Check for extra spaces and incomplete server addresses.
- Allow the list to load, then open an item. If a message appears, note its wording without sharing access details publicly.
Ask about the step you are on
Tell us the app name, device model and last action you took. A menu screenshot can help if private fields are hidden first.
Player fees are separate unless included. The annual plan includes one year of IBO Player Pro; this benefit does not automatically apply to Smarters.
